Anonymous hard truths
Hard truths are the easiest messages to get wrong. The test is simple: would the person be better off having read it? If the answer is no, it's not honesty, it's venting.

How to get the tone right
- Describe behaviour, not character. "You did X" not "you are X".
- Leave a door open — end with what you believe they're capable of.
- Insults, threats and doxxing are removed by moderation and never delivered.
