You pay per message, so refunds are simple.
Full refunds
If we reject your message in moderation, or delivery permanently fails, you're refunded in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel any message before it enters delivery, including scheduled messages before their send time.
No refunds
Once a message is delivered we can't unsend it, so delivered messages aren't refundable.
